Kevin Hart has revealed more details about what happened on the night he cheated on his then-pregnant wife, Eniko Hart, in 2017.
According to the actor, he had done drugs that night at the suggestion of his friend Jonathan “J.T.” Jackson. But contrary to popular opinion, nothing allegedly happened between him and the woman. At least not immediately.
Kevin Hart Was Sued for Breach of Contract
Jonathan “J.T.” Jackson sued Kevin Hart in July for not declaring his innocence when he addressed the scandal on Instagram in October 2021.
Jackson was charged in 2018 with attempting to extort Hart with a sexually explicit video of him with another woman who wasn’t Eniko Hart. However, the charges against Jackson were dropped in September 2021, and the next month, Hart revealed on social media that the charges had been dropped.

Jackson is suing him now for breach of contract because he did not use “specific verbiage” that would “publicly exonerate” him amid the controversy. The breach-of-settlement legal battle revealed extra details about Hart’s cheating scandal.
Kevin Hart Details What Led to His Cheating Scandal
A new court filing from the legal battle contained a transcript of the talented actor’s September 2017 deposition explaining what happened that night.
According to the transcript, Hart, 45, said he and an unnamed friend were out “partying” when the friend offered him “molly.” He initially declined, saying, “I don’t really f— with drugs like that.”
Unfortunately, Hart said that his friend pressured him, pushing him to take the drug while promising that he wouldn’t “let [Hart] do anything.” Eventually, Hart said, “F— it,” and put it in his drink, which he said was “watered down.”
“Because it’s in my drink, [I thought] I’m fine. I’m fine with drinking. The night is good. As the night goes, I’m now with the girl [Montia Sabbag] at the end of the night, okay?” Hart recalled.
As the night aged, Hart said he took more drinks and hung out with both Sabbag and another woman named Morgan, after which he said he felt “f—– up” and went to bed fully clothed.
Sabbag also got in the bed, but she had a dress on. According to Hart, he was knocked out, and nothing happened that night.
The Sex Happened While He Was Sober
According to Hart, he did not have sex with the girl that night. But it happened the following morning after she allegedly woke him up. Little did he know there was a hidden camera, and it would end up being a great scandal.
Addressing the allegedly hidden camera, Kevin Hart claimed in his filing that Sabbag started acting weird “out of nowhere.” He recalled, “While we were having sex, out of nowhere, [Montia] was facing one way… She throws herself backward on the bed. And that was her attempt to get closer to the camera.”
Hart thwarted the attempt by pulling her back because he reportedly never has “sex in that area.” of course, Sabbag tried again.
“That’s when she got up, she then sat on the bench, which is in the clear camera view. She sat on the bench and started talking to me… She made sure that I did it in that area so you could clearly see it was me in the room,” the actor stated.

Kevin Hart is a proud father of four kids. He shares daughter Heaven, 19, and son Hendrix, 16, with ex-wife Torrei Hart; son Kenzo, 6; and daughter Kaori, 3, with Eniko Parrish. The pair tied the knot in 2016 and have been going strong ever since.
The scandal threatened that, but Hart genuinely apologized, and Parrish has since gotten over what happened. The couple is now in a better place, and Kevin Hart has been good since then. At least as far as we know.
