The truth is out! Halsey is NOT bad at love. At least not right now. And perhaps maybe not ever again. On Saturday, July 13, the “Bad at Love” crooner was spotted wearing a ring during a romantic picnic in a grassy field with her lover Avan Jogia, 32.
Halsey, who says her pronouns are she/they, looked beautiful in a multi-colored dress with brown cowboy boots during the outing. Her nails matched her outfit in different shades of purple. It was a great getup, but what really caught the public’s eye was the ring on her ring finger.

Halsey Has A New Ring
Most people chill on the weekends. Unsurprisingly, Halsey and her lover also thought it would be a great idea to spend part of the day getting loved up. They were spotted in NYC over the weekend, lost in their merry world.
Their relationship is not exactly a new development, but what made this recent outing so interesting was that Halsey was wearing a new ring. The ring had a thin band and a large green jewel in the center, surrounded by what looked like several small diamonds.

The ring has effectively sparked engagement rumors about the pair; however, they have not made any such announcement. In the end, all their fans can do is speculate and perhaps hope.
It Was a PDA-Packed Picnic
The weekend was certainly rosy for Halsey and Jogia. They spent quality time cozying up on a picnic, content to just soak up each other’s presence. For the romantic getaway, Jogia was dressed in a tan suit with a white button-down shirt.
He gave the outfit a casual feel with a pair of white sneakers. In photos from the picnic, Halsey was a vision of happiness as she carried a pink blanket and a white paper bag. Jogia helped out, too. He was seen hauling a large tote with multiple drink bottles in the shots.
Other pictures captured the pair cuddling on a blanket. In one, Jogia had his arms around her, and in another, Halsey was seen smiling as Jogia tucked his face against her neck.
Details About Halsey’s Relationship
Halsey and her boyfriend first hinted at a budding relationship in September 2023. At the time, they were captured sharing a kiss on a date in Los Angeles, and neither denied the speculations that followed.
About one month later, Halsey made it Instagram official by sharing a montage of shots on her page. It contained several snaps of them together and sent a clear message. Halsey has found love once more.
Since then, the couple have not been shy to post pictures of themselves on social media. In May, Halsey posted photos of herself and Jogia at the Gold House Gala. They looked as in love as they do now.
In April, Halsey’s boyfriend also collaborated with her on an ad for the Energy Angel collection of her makeup brand, About Face. The actor directed and starred alongside Halsey in the video. They also both worked as makeup artists.
So, does the new ring she has on mean she is now engaged to Jogia? Only time will tell.
Does Halsey Have a Child?
Yes, Halsey is a mother of one. She shares her son Ender Ridley, 3, with Turkish-American screenwriter Alev Aydin, whom she was dating before they split in April 2023. The two were first linked in 2018 when he was tapped to write the screenplay for a biopic about and starring Halsey.

It led to a romantic relationship that affected the project. When a fan asked why the film was never released, Halsey blamed Aydin. She said he was supposed to be writing it, but instead, they slowly fell in love.
