Haley Pullos, 26, was in court on Monday, July 29, for her hit-and-run charge from 2023. Pullos had already been serving 90 days in jail after voluntarily surrendering herself in April and donning the orange.
Notably, the “General Hospital” actress has a history of driving under the influence and has had several run-ins with the law. Her sentence not only includes jail time, but there’s also probation, private counseling, and so on. Here’s what we know
Haley Pullos Is Getting out of Jail
According to her attorney, Dan Melnick, Haley Pullos is now set to be released after serving three months in jail. Melnick said, “Haley was sentenced to probation with 90 days county jail with time served, a nine-month DUI program, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) program, and continuing private counseling.”

Pullos was first arrested in April 2023. This was after getting into a wrong-way crash on a Los Angeles freeway that caused bodily injury and property damage. She did not wait to take responsibility for her actions and initially fled the scene.
However, she was later found to be under the influence and was charged with a felony DUI. Reports claim the crash was so bad that when police finally found Pullos, she was trapped inside her car. They reportedly had to use the jaws of life to get her out.
She was then moved to a local hospital for treatment. Courteney Wilder, the other driver involved in the crash, was also admitted to a hospital with major injuries. In June of that year, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that Pullos was being charged.
They charged her with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC causing injury, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run resulting in property damage. However, she reportedly pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Haley Pullos Was Unaccountable
This past January, Wilder sued Haley Pullos, seeking damages from the actress. However, Pullos’ legal team responded to the lawsuit by denying “generally and specifically each and every allegation” Wilder made in her suit, according to court documents previously obtained by PEOPLE.
The soap opera star also denied any responsibility for Wilder’s future claims she needed repayment for the injuries she “sustained, or will sustain, any loss or damage in the manner or amount alleged” at Pullos’ hands.
In her counter-complaint, Pullos’ argument was that any “damages” Wilder alleged were not caused by her but rather were “proximately caused by either the sole negligent and/or intentional conduct of Plaintiffs.” Furthermore, the actress demanded that the case be dismissed and Wilder pay for her legal fees.
Actress Haley Pullos’s Accident Changed Her
Haley Pullos may have avoided taking major responsibility for her role in the accident, but it did make her see the need to seek help. After the crash, she told Soap Opera Digest that she entered a rehabilitation facility.
She also revealed that she was stepping back from the role of Molly Lansing-Davis on “General Hospital” after being involved in the collision because she needed “a little time to recover.”
In April 2024, Pullos surrendered herself for 90 days leading up to her court date, which was set to count toward her expected 90-day sentence. At the time, Melnick said she would likely serve five years probation, complete 200 hours of community service, and pay $8,260 in restitution to Wilder.
Melnick also added, “Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety.”
