While the “Jennifer’s Body” actress keeps specifics of their current status close to the chest, she confirms that they are no longer engaged.
“All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred,” Fox told “Call Her Daddy’s” Alex Cooper of their romance timeline during the March 20, 2024, episode. “I feel like everyone has such an opinion on you guys’ relationship,” Cooper initiated. “You got engaged, then I think it breaks off, then we don’t know what’s going on with you.”

“I think what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption,” Fox said. “So I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship per se.” She added, “There will always be a tether to him no matter what.”
“And I could see them being confusing or interesting to people, and them being like, ‘What’s up?'” Fox, 37, confessed that she can see how it is confusing for the public to understand. While that’s nice of her, the situation still lacks clarity.

Her statement comes not long after MGK opened up about his grief in the aftermath of their miscarriage a while back. He got candid about it in the song “Don’t Let Me Go.”
Endless Love for MGK
Fox will always love MGK, but she refuses to confirm whether the two are together or engaged. During an appearance on an episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, the actress was asked how she would describe her relationship with the 33-year-old rapper.
Fox explained that she still refers to MGK as “my twin soul.” However, she noted that she can’t say the capacity. “Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain,” continued the “Transformers” alum. She admitted she understands how their dynamic can be “confusing to people” looking in.
When Did Megan Fox and MGK’s Relationship Begin?
The couple’s relationship was first confirmed in the summer of 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. They announced their engagement in January 2022 but have yet to set a date for the nuptials.
However, in February 2023, Fox wiped all traces of the rocker from her Instagram and then temporarily deleted her profile. A month later, the couple was reportedly on a “break.” The pair may not be engaged anymore, but they’ve been spotted several times together.

A Challenge in the Relationship
In November, while promoting her poetry collection, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous,” Megan Fox revealed that she and MGK suffered a miscarriage. She added, “sent us on a very wild journey together and separately trying to navigate. ‘What does this mean?’ ‘Why did this happen?'” she told “Good Morning America” at the time.

Despite understanding the public’s interest, Megan Fox isn’t willing to divulge too much about her relationship with the rapper. “I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship,” the renowned actress said.
She added, “I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain.”
