The reality TV star is owning her post-baby bod, as she shared some candid spring break pictures in which she’s rocking a little black bikini.
She even posted an Instagram story reminding her followers to love themselves at all stages to shut down any negativity.

On Sunday, April 7, 2024, Kourtney shared an extraordinary message on her Instagram Stories. She reshared her most recent photo and wrote a heartfelt message for all the new mommies out there.
She shared some real and raw spring break pics in which she’s rocking a little black bikini, showing off her post-baby body. “During pregnancy, we are glowing and growing; postpartum, we are healing and shrinking, and then that period I find hardest, as our bodies are still adjusting,” she wrote.
Kourtney Kardashian further says that the expectation that women quickly get back in shape after having a baby is not realistic. “The pressure put on us to bounce back when everything is new and different isn’t realistic,” She added.

Kourtney Kardashian knows how to have a good time, even while sharing an important message. She had fun with her vacation footage and playfully poked at her sister, Kim Kardashian. She referenced that infamous moment on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” when Kim lost a diamond earring in the ocean.
Kourtney Kardashian also throws playful shade at her sisters, Kim and Khloe, for posing for pictures without her while they were on vacation. She quipped, “I love taking pics with my sisters!”

Kourtney Shares Tips for Getting Dressed Postpartum Since She Gave Birth to Her Son

Since the little one arrived, Kourtney Kardashian has been sharing some helpful tips on Instagram. One of the tips she posted was about “getting dressed postpartum while breastfeeding.”
In March, she shared a tip on her Instagram Story. She said that wearing something fast and easy to throw on, like an oversized coat and flat shoes, is a great way to save time and be there for her baby.
“Anything super fast to throw on = less time away from my baby, the better,” she wrote on her IG Story while rocking an “oversized coat and flat shoes.” Kourtney is all about that comfy and casual style.
She loves rocking leggings, sweats, and anything baggy and comfortable. The TV star also mentioned stealing her husband’s vintage t-shirts and Dickies pants. She once wrote on her Instagram story that “leggings, sweats, anything baggy and comfortable aka husband’s vintage t-shirts and dickies.”
Kourtney Welcomed Son Rocky Thirteen With Travis Barker in November 2023
Kourtney Kardashian has a son named Rocky Thirteen, who is just five months old. She shares Rocky with her husband, Travis Barker. She’s also a mom to three other amazing kids. She has two sons, Mason and Reign, who are 14 and 9 years old, respectively. She also has a daughter, Penelope, who is 11. Kourtney shares the three with her ex, Scott Disick.

Earlier in the month, Kourtney Kardashian shared several photos on her Instagram, recapping her time in Australia. She posted adorable pictures with her son Reign and daughter Penelope, capturing the fun moments they had down under. She also shared a photo of her baby Rocky’s tiny foot while they flew home.
“Feeling so grateful for every single second of time with my babies,” the proud mom wrote in her caption. “Rare to get 2 full weeks of 24/7 time as they get older! Thank you, Australia, for the beautiful memories (minus the spiders).”
