From drugging and raping to groping and sending vile text messages, rapper Kanye West has new and numerous sexual abuse allegations to defend. His former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, has accused him of these offenses and more in a lawsuit she filed against the hip-hop legend in a Los Angeles County court on October 8.
Is the entertainment industry about to witness another Diddy situation? Lauren Pisciotta worked for West from 2021 to 2022. In her suit, she outlined a number of disturbing accusations against the rapper and businessman, which allegedly occurred before, during, and after this period. The most scandalous of them was an instance of rape after being drugged.
She says the multiple award-winning musician and producer drugged and raped her at a studio session. According to her complaint which journalist obtained, she disclosed that embattled rapper, Diddy was the co-host of the session. Pisciotta alleged that Kanye West laced her drink and committed “sexual battery” afterward.
In the now-amended complaint, Pisciotta claimed that she only knew about what happened when West confessed to her in 2022. Even after confessing to her, she said West made multiple other attempts to rape her in several other instances.
This lawsuit is the third major court accusation Kanye West is facing in 2024. Kanye West is still battling with a different lawsuit from April 2024 from a former employee who allegedly suffered harassment and discrimination from the rapper.
Also, there is a former worker who is accusing him of labor code violations, retaliation, and emotional distress. West’s lawyers are expected to deny the allegations. Earlier in the year, after Pisciotta filed the initial complaint, one of Kanye West’s attorneys remarked, “Ye will be filing a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta.”

What Is Kanye West Accused of Doing?
In her complaint, Lauren Pisciotta went into great detail while narrating her alleged experience with the multiple Grammy Award winner. If you are still wondering, “What did Kanye West do?” read on. In the document, Pisciotta took our minds to the troubling studio session West invited her to before she began working for him. The session was held in Santa Monica, California.
She disclosed that drinks began to go round before the organizers announced that everyone had to drink if they wanted to remain at the event. Pisciotta said she came to the session with a “former artist management client” who also received an invitation.
Pisciotta then said that West instructed a studio assistant to serve her a drink. She wasn’t herself after taking the liquid, which she said was “laced with an unidentifiable drug.” A few small sips were all it took for the drink to take its toll on her consciousness.
“As plaintiff began to slip into an altered and heavily impaired state, she felt less in control of her body and speech, and that is where plaintiff’s memories of that night escape her,” a portion of the complaint stated.
Pisciotta said the drink kept her unconscious till the next day. She described how she woke up feeling “physically ill and confused.” She also said she felt “embarrassment” for her inability to remember what took place after she had the drink. However, she believed she was just a victim of a workplace prank.
Pisciotta Details a Rape Attempt
After hiring her as his assistant and Chief of Staff, Kanye West brought up the incident during a discussion. According to her, West said they “did kind of hook up a little one time” before narrating how he raped her after she went unconscious. After the revelation, Pisciotta said she was “overcome with immense shame, discomfort and utter disgust.”
Still, West made other attempts to sleep with her. She alleged another incident occurred while the rapper and the team were at an “album workshop.” Pisciotta recalled how he banged on her door a few days after they settled in at the St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco. As she woke up and opened the door, he barged in, saying he was “out of order” and needed to use her restroom.
He then hurried into her restroom and started to undress while he left the water running for about 2 minutes. Afterward, he emerged naked with only a hotel towel clutched at his waist. He then dropped the towel and pushed her onto the bed before climbing upon her.
Pisciotta said West pinned her down to the bed with his weight and “thrust his naked body onto and penis into [her] face.” The filing then stated that “At first, [West] ignored [Pisciotta’s] pleas to stop, [Pisciotta] stated over and over again to West ‘I don’t want to do this, I don’t want to do this.’” The struggle reportedly continued for a few minutes till the rapper got tired and angry.

Who Is Kanye West’s Ex-Assistant?
Kanye West’s ex-assistant is Lauren Pisciotta. She worked as Kanye West’s assistant for about one year, during which she claimed he paid her $1 million every year. She also alleged that her working agreement mandated her to be available to him at all times. According to her, she also played a role in three tracks from his Donda album.
Before that, Pisciotta had made a name for herself as an OnlyFans star. She began accusing the rapper after he fired her in 2022.
