Recently, Holly Madison, former Playboy bunny, reveals some mind-blowing stuff about her time living in Hugh Hefner’s infamous mansion. In a recent interview, Madison spills the beans on her new true crime series, “Lethally Blonde,” which tells the stories of victims in the adult entertainment industry.
Talking about her past as one of Hefner’s girlfriends, Madison discloses the mansion’s strange secrets. She recalls the most bizarre sight she saw around the Holmby Hills home. “They would have these trays everywhere, like in every bathroom, out on the tennis courts, by the pool,” Holly Maddison said.
“And it would be a tray with Kleenex, Pepto Bismol, Vaseline, baby oil, sunscreen — any makeshift lube. It was weird.” But there’s more. Madison also confirmed that the mansion’s courts were not just for playing sports.
While co-hosting the podcast “Girls Next Level” with her friend Bridget Marquardt, Madison added that “people were out on the tennis court doing the deed.”
Holly Madison, the Tennis Court, and the Tales
Madison’s tale doesn’t stop there. She opens up about the pressure she faced during her relationship with Hefner, especially when participating in group encounters with other women. She said, “It was more the group aspect that was really out of my comfort zone and just the feeling of ‘Wow, okay, that happened. Everybody knows it happened.'”

She continued, “I kind of all of a sudden felt like everybody was going to know about me, and I was horrified by it. I was talking about it on the podcast, and I’m like, ‘What is the Pepto Bismol for? Is that hangovers?'”
Holly Madison’s Playboy Journey
In another interview, the bestselling author peels off the layers of her Playboy experience. She revealed that her experiences were all about having to “live at the house” and her relationship with Hefner.
“My experience that played with the negative parts of it is more related to the relationship and dynamics, both with Hef and some of the other girls,” Holly Madison said. “I 100 percent enjoyed posing for the magazine.”
“Also, I was always a fan of the pictorials,” she added, “I always wanted to be in Playboy.” Madison continued, “I even worked at the studio producing the playmate pictorials for two years, which was a super fun experience. So, it’s very multifaceted for me.”

Holly Madison Opens Up About Life With Hugh Hefner
In a recent appearance on the “Power: Hugh Hefner” podcast, Holly Madison, 41, reveals how she was invited to spend a night with Hefner, who died in 2017. She noted that she was “nervous” at the time. She also hoped to be invited to live in the Playboy Mansion because one of Hefner’s girlfriends had recently left the house.
“I didn’t really know what went on with them sexually,” Madison said. “I knew there must be something, and I was prepared for that.” However, she later noted that she wasn’t prepared for what eventually happened.
Notably, Madison dated Hefner from 2001 to 2008. After spending time in a club that night, she returned to the mansion with him and some other women they were with. She further explained that she was not even expecting sex that night. She felt it would be more of a first date — even though it was not a traditional one.
A Messy Intimate Experience
While recounting her experience, Madison noted that she thought it would be more where she saw what happened and what was happening. “If I weren’t comfortable with it, I wouldn’t have to do anything,” she said. “And I could make my decision on whether I wanted to come back for date No. 2 or not.”
However, Madison found herself in a situation she never expected. “I definitely was not expecting to be the first one to go that night, but I was wasted,” she said. “He was literally pushed on top of me. And after it happened, I was just mortified and embarrassed, and it had way more of an emotional impact on me than I thought it would.”
