Megan Thee Stallion was recently accused of harassment by a former employee. Her attorney, Alex Spiro, responded after the accusation. Details of the Harassment Lawsuit
According to a report, Emilio Gracia claims he worked full-time for Megan from 2019 until June 2023 and that the harassment he faced created a “hostile, abusive work environment.” Gracia alleges that during a trip to Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022, he witnessed Megan’s intimacy with another woman in an SUV. The whole incident made him uncomfortable and shocked.
He recalls Megan warning him never to discuss what he saw. Additionally, Garcia also claims that Megan fat-shamed him during the trip, calling him various insults, including “fat b***h.”
Following the trip, Garcia asserts that his compensation structure changed from a flat monthly rate to a “pay-per-task system.” He states that he began to experience different treatment from the rapper and was ultimately fired by Roc Nation in June 2023.
Garcia is seeking unpaid wages, interest on those wages, unpaid overtime, and other punitive damages from the rapper. Additionally, he wants her to cover his attorney fees. According to NBC News, Garcia seeks a total amount exceeding six figures.
