2024 is gearing up for a celebrity baby boom! Elisabeth Moss, Sofia Richie Grainge, Ashley Benson, and Hilary Duff are just a few A-listers joining the motherhood club. However, what if I told you the excitement does not end there?
Reality TV is adding its own to the whole baby boom story. Love is Blind alumni Alexa Lemieux, Giannina Gibelli, and Bliss Poureetezadi-Goytowski also reveal their pregnancies! 2023 saw a parade of newborns by A-list parents. Kourtney Kardashian Barker celebrated her first baby with Travis Barker, Naomi Osika introduced her baby girl, and Serena Williams gave Olympia a little sister.
Surprise additions came from unexpected corners as Blake Lively and Lindsay Lohan joined the postpartum crew. It looks like it’s shaping up to be one heck of a “Nepo baby” nursery school class. Moreover, the celebrity baby boom shows no signs of slowing down in 2024!
Elisabeth Moss, the star of Hulu’s “Handmaid’s Tale,” revealed during her appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” that she’s expecting her first child. In response to Jimmy’s jesting, the 41-year-old actress playfully replied, “Little bit of both.”

Moss opened up to the late-night talk show host about her pregnancy, expressing her gratitude for her smooth journey. Feeling “really lucky,” she shared with Jimmy that everything has been going well. Curious about parenting advice, she sought wisdom from Jimmy.
Jimmy recounted Bill Murray’s practical suggestion. According to Jimmy, Murray advised bringing Christmas lights to hang up in the delivery room. Why? The lighting in the room is subpar, and for such a “blessed event,” you wouldn’t want “Walmart-style lighting.”
Elisabeth Moss, known for her role in “The Handmaid’s Tale,” was previously married to Fred Armisen, American Comedian and Saturday Night Live star. After over a year of marriage, the former couple finalized their divorce in 2011.
In 2019, Moss disclosed in an interview with Marie Claire that she was in a relationship. However, she decided to keep the details private. She expressed her perspective on maintaining privacy: “I learned you just don’t talk about it. Who really gives a shit whether or not I’m dating anyone? I hate to put that importance on it.”

“I cringe a little,” she continued, emphasizing her choice to keep her personal life out of the spotlight. Regarding her iconic role in “The Handmaid’s Tale,” it has captivated audiences since its inception.
In September 2022, the show was renewed for its sixth and final season. Bruce Miller, the series creator and showrunner, expressed his gratitude, saying, “It has been a true honor to tell the story of Margaret Atwood’s groundbreaking novel.”
He continued, “We are thrilled to bring viewers a sixth and final season of The Handmaid’s Tale.” In her upcoming FX limited series, “The Veil,” Moss plays a British spy engaged in physical combat. The fight scenes reportedly required weeks of practice before shooting began.
She revealed that she broke one of her vertebrae in her back when filming one scene. Elisabeth Moss kept her pregnancy details to herself during her late-night appearance. However, she leaves fans in anticipation as she didn’t disclose anything specific, including her expected due date.
